Vehicle Description

The Motor Venue is proud to present this gorgeous 2021 Intermeccanica 356A Convertible D. This Convertible D comes finished in a stunning Meissen Blue exterior, over a Sand interior. This vehicle was produced in 2021 by Intermeccanica of British Colombia, Canada, who are widely known as some of the best builders in the business. The vehicle is powered by a modified 2110cc dual-carb high performance engine, mated to a VW T1 4-speed manual transmission. This D has been built on a custom tube-steel chassis, and features 4-wheel independent suspension. It comes equipped with power windows, air conditioning, “Retrosound” radio, and a convertible top with suede headliner. Compared to a standard 356, the Convertible D (only produced from 1958 to 1959) was considered to be more practical than the Speedster, as it had a larger windshield, real side windows, and more comfortable seats. This Convertible D runs like a dream and is an absolute treat to drive.
